Nice clean and tidy accomodation within a short bus ride to bologna or a 20 minute walk..

Clean, quiet and large apartment and only about 30 minutes walk into the town centre. Giuseppe on reception was very friendly and Frederica was very quick and helpful to respond to messages.

A compact yet open layout with all of the equipment you could need for a longer stay. All of the facilities, the room, and the hallways were very clean and looking practically new. The view out across the park was very pleasant, with the area being fairly quiet while I was there. While a bit out from the centre there were plenty of options for eating out nearby, as well as shops for getting in your own supplies.

Had no problems whatsoever.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. There are plenty of shops nearby and an amazing restaurant just 2-3 doors away, Ristorante Adagio which we highly recommend. The buses into the centre were frequent.

There needs to be a few more kitchen items ie a kettle and small bowls for breakfast.

A bit out of town but no 28 bus is every 10 minutes and you pay with credit card or cash on the bus
