MORE THAN I EXPECTED!!! In the center, food at the entrance, full cooperation to park the rent-a-car. Perfect stay!

I missed a balcony, because i`m a smoker but that is my problem...

Tout est parfait

Super bien situé dans le centre ville historique, si vous êtes en voiture, vous ne pouvez pas vous garer mais Franzi s'occupe de tout et ça rend vraiment service, le prix de stationnement par jour, 15 euros, reste correct. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre et de bonne qualité. La literie est excellente digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

La vue depuis l'appartement n'est pas top.

Alojamiento muy céntrico absolutamente recomendable. Personal muy atento y amable, especialmente su gestor, Franzi, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer favores.

Needs updates on upholstery and chairs. Very old and not comfortable. Nice to have the space though of an apartment

Located at Lecce center square, very convenient to visit all spots. Host is very helpful and kindness to welcome us, also the breakfast was customized according to your favorite. The only thing we can complain was the noise from the street during the night time was really annoying, even we stayed at 4th floor but still the noise was loud and clear

My wife and I stayed two nights at Casa dei Mercanti during our recent trip to Lecce. We didn’t realize it when we booked but our visit coincided with the Giro d’Italia bike race. Our host, Franzy, messaged us that all the streets would be closed upon our arrival in Lecce. He was kind enough to meet us at the train station and lead us in to his townhouse. It is located in the prime location in Lecce Old Town at Piazza Sant’Oronzo. It is a clean spacious apartment. A nice breakfast is delivered at the time requested the day before. We can highly recommend Casa dei Mercanti during your stay in Lecce.

The manager, Franzi was excellent. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and a very nice person too. The townhouse was perfectly located in the old town and we could walk everywhere. The car had to be parked elsewhere by Franzi but he got our car for us whenever we needed it; the system worked well. Very clean and comfortable. We have no hesitation in recommending Casa Dei Mercanti.

The breakfast and the proximity to the center of Lecce. A big thank you for the kindness of the person who arranged the parking for the car. The communication with the establishment was very clear and came exactly when we needed it.

The check-in was very rushed and hurried. It felt like they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.
