la ubicacion era lo unico bueno

la pieza estaba sucia al momento de entrar, control de tv en mal estado, ventana de la habitación en mal estado, no tuvimos agua durante mas de 5 horas y el desayuno la verdad dejo mucho que desear y a eso sumarle que no había absolutamente nadie para poder pedir azucar

El desayuno muy bueno contundente.

Nos hospedamos por una noche, al día siguiente por la mañana no nos pudimos duchar no había agua caliente no hubo ni una compensación. Ell agua caliente y que la duche funcione es lo mínimo y uno está pagando por ese servicio

nada, pesimo servicio, persima respuesta de la jefa de personal ante la falta de agua, indicando que ESVAL genero cortes, cuando se realizo la gestion de consulta a ESVAL y no habian cortes en la zona, ademas ellos deben contar con servicios de agua en caso de corte y poder entregar los servicios basicos. no habia practicamente nada para el desayuno, el salon estaba lleno y solo una mesera, las personas tuvieron que empezar a levantar las mesas sucias para poder sentarse.... buscar dentro de los cajones platos, servicios y vasos, horrible!! y asqueroso de sucio.

No teníamos agua, nunca llegó. Tuvimos que irnos antes, no hubo ninguna disculpa ni medidas de mitigación o compensación.
