Posizione buona, buona pulizia e materassi comodi, silenzioso.

Non avevo capito che la colazione non fosse inclusa. bagno senza aspiratore, coperte e cuscini sintetici. Forse un po' troppo caldo. Infissi vecchietti.

Très bon accueil. La chambre est très propre. Certes comme dit dans des commentaires certains équipements peuvent paraître "vieillots" mais personnellement j'ai trouvé cela mieux que d'autres hôtels où tout est neuf mais cheap. A quelques minutes de la gare porta susa.

Conforto da cama

Fiz uma reserva pelo booking às 22h, às 23h30 cheguei ao alojamento. O rececionista ( um senhor de idade) não sabia aceder ao sistema para verificar a minha reserva. Olhou para um papel onde tinha as reservas escritas à mão… disse que não tinha a minha reserva. Eu expliquei que tinha acabado de fazer a reserva no booking, foi difícil a comunicação mas no final depois de eu argumentar com alguma irritação ele entendeu, ou fez de conta que entendeu. Acho lamentável colocar as pessoas numa situação destas, a pessoa que está na recepção tem pelo menos de ter o mínimo de competência para este tipo de situações. Se o quarto está disponível no booking ele vai ser alugado, se não tem uma pessoa competente para ficar na recepção, simplesmente não coloquem o quarto disponível.

Location. Near metro and walkable to various places of interest

Room was a little stuffy because it was still too early to on the air-conditioning. Opening the balcony door helped to keep the room cool snd fresh
