Miles from anywhere down a long narrow road-minimum staff and no one on reception on arrival-food mediocre-no information on meal times or anything-poor website-no management structure-very young staff with no apparent manager in charge-looks like hotel has known better days and needs a complete management overhaul. Usually in a hotel if you order food or drink to be put on your check out invoice you give your room number and sign a note: Here this was not the case. The pleasant but clueless young staff need training- it is not their fault-the owner of the hotel probably has lost interest,

O lugar é muito bonito, linda vista, bom para quem está de carro, a uns vinte minutos do centro.

Cama desconfortável, não tem tomada suficiente no quarto, box do banheiro minúsculo. Café da manhã bem modesto.

L’emplacement de l’hotel est perdu dans la campagne, la chambre et les espaces commun sont grands et de bon standing. L’emplacement de la piscine face a la vallee est magnifique.

Attention si vous avez des enfants en bas ages et que vous venez pour un week end paisible vous avez fait le bon choix. Par contre si vous cherchez un lieu paisible en amoureux perdu dans la nature oubliez! Beaucoup d’enfants en bas age, dans une salle de restaurant tres tres bruyante, un menu unique à 35€ d’une qualité médiocre.

Colle San Mauro ist sehr idyllisch gelegen inmitten von Olivenhainen und Reben. Das alte Gutshaus ist schön restauriert und modernisiert. Man hat schöne Ausblicke in die Kulturlandschaft. Der Herr an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hat uns unterstützt bei der Bestellung von einem Nachtessen per Delivery. Es hat einen grossen Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen verglasten Wintergarten. Weil es eher kühl und windig war, konnten wir uns im Wintergarten angenehm aufhalten und auch unser Nachtessen einnehmen. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und das Bad praktisch.

Leider war das Restaurant nicht geöffnet. Aber dank Delivery konnten wir ohne nochmals auszufahren (ca. 6 km bis zum nächsten Ort), ein Nachtessen erhalten. Von der Hotelbar konnten wir uns eine Karaffe Wein bestellen.

Everything was superb. Yes it is secluded but that’s the point. A relaxing getaway, I did not want to leave. I was surprised in the facilities, food, activities for children, decor - all was fantastic. Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Farm and arts activities kept my child entertained. Restaurant food was great. I can’t wait to come back.

Restaurant service was a little slow - only one waitress on duty.
