The facilities (but the gym, very poor) and the surroundings. Well refurbished old farm house, amazing country side and close to Caltagirone for a stroll. Rooms are large and clean. Perfect for families. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Food!!! If the facilities are close to a 4 star hotel, the food is comparable to a 2 stars. Eat your lunch/dinner elsewhere. Breakfast it's a carbs load. Gym to be reconsidered, tools are so old they could be dangerous. Annoying loud music by the pool.

Colle San Mauro is a hidden gem! Super new property only finished 3 years ago. You can see the horses and other animals the lake and the main facilities are very elegant and well managed. Lots of care goes into this property. The wine and food were very good. We also had dinner here.

I liked everything about the property.

Nice old Agriturismo with a modern feel to it

Ongoing works while we were there starting at 7:45am is a little unreasonable for a peaceful stay

beautiful building in an isolated valley.

I had a feeling Booking.com hadn’t told them we were coming ! but apart from the restaurant being closed that evening we had a lovely stay.

Posto splendido purtroppo gestito malissimo come un villaggio turistico in piscina musica da discoteca ad alto volume, bambini chiassosi con genitori peggio, in camera senza frigo costretti a bere acqua calda a 40 gradi, cibo da gita scolastica, ho dimenticato il caricabatterie del telefono in camera e mai ritrovato (???!!!). Peccato il posto meriterebbe di più

The place is currently being refurbished! No WIFI in the rooms and poor WIFI reception in the common areas. To add insult to injury you get no mobile phone signal.
