Central to town. Close to restaurants and shops. Hennie’s is super great. Lots to do in the Oudtshoorn area. Buffelsdrift very worth a visit. Breakfasts were great. Have to try the ostrich boerewors.

Unit 11/12. Cleanliness. Bathrooms had black mould. No opening windows. Security shutters did not work. DSTV was not connected as owner felt it was too close to month end. Could have any flavour of eggs with breakfast as long as it was scrambled. No secure off-road parking and a difficult parking when Lodge is full.

The friendly staff, always ready to help.

Parking was a bit confusing.

The air conditioned units, the pool, the friendly staff, the very very full breakfast and the wonderful overall experience.They even had a weber braai foe me that I used while watching the game.

There was actually nothing not to like.

The room was very priceworthy and located close to several very good restaurants. The area was very safe and as a female solo traveller it was completely safe for me walking around in the area on my own. The owner of the guest house was very kind and helped me to book a transport very early in the morning to go on meercat safari. Unfortunately the driver did not show up and then the owner of the guest house went up at 5 a.m. in the morning and drove me with his own car to the meercat safari so I would not miss it. That is really a high level of service and I would definitely reommend everyone coming to Oudtshoorn to book this acommodation.
