The room was very spacious with a coffee machine and a very nice washroom. We also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and the gym facilities. The tread mill with the monitor that matched the scenery & the workout with the hills were neat. Great location with markets & many restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast is not included. It would've been nice to have a microwave. There were no garbage bags in the trash cans which was strange. When we were checking out and asked for a taxi we were only offered the hotel SUV which was pricey, as are all the hotel restaurants.

Propreté des lieux et personnel chaleureux. Chambre confortable et deux services de nettoyage par jour. Petites attentions pour les clients.

Il aurait été bien d’offrir un mini bar + grignotines directement dans la chambre sans être obligé de commander. L’hôtel n’a pas le charme ni la prestance d’un Ritz.
