The facility needs major upgrades. Simple things like replacing the broken outlet covers would go a long way! Replacing the refrigerator since the one in my room was heavily beat up. Replacing wash clothes since the ones provided had plenty of stains. My remote had no batteries. It was way too expensive for the quality provided.

The bed sheets were dirty - even noticed some hair. The shower head had some kind of green stuff on it that looked dry. The restroom door must’ve shifted so it’s gets a little stuck when opening the door if you close it all the way. The front desk seem rude and irritated - he would not look at me and I would say thank you and get no response from him. He took a minute to come up the the desk once I went in there for something. My first time leaving the room and coming back - my key didn’t work and I had to go get another one.
