Courtyard Warner Robins

Everything!!! The room itself, the bed was comfortable, the windows view, the pool and the in-house cafe/deli.

Nothing.

The Courtyard is great. My issue is with Expedia selling rooms that are not available.

Staff was nice. Room smelled very clean but did notice a stain that looked like coffee on comforter and there was also hair in bathroom.

Staff was very kind, however, this Courtyard was lacking on everything - this was the best hotel in this city though so we had no other choice. We were there for our sons baseball so we did not have other city/location options.

The front desk receptionist was so welcoming,friendly, and knowledgeable. She was so awesome!

At my hotel stays, cleanliness is most important to me. I had previously stayed at a country inn in the same town and it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness so I tried the courtyard with a reputation of being high end. False. This was no cleaner than the country inn but cost a substantial amount more. Upon checking in, I found stains on the sheets of both beds and on multiple pillow cases. I asked for new sheets because of this and one of the new sheets had a huge stain on it as well! The bathroom was very dirty as well. The floor had visible dirt and look like it had not been cleaned in a long while or that it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The water in the shower did not come out properly either and took a long time to heat up. Very disappointing. I will not be back to this hotel. Also as a note, they use the bottle shower soap pumps instead of the little individual bottles which is gross. For 200$+ a night you would think they could afford to give me personal, unused bottles of shower soap instead of a refillable pump. Sadly many hotels are switching to this to save their companies money although the price per night still continues to increase.

Simeon at the front desk greeted us when we arrived with a great smile and was super courteous and could not have been more accommodating. I wish we could be greeted like this at every hotel! Maggie at the Bistro was super nice and helpful! All around a great hotel and will be back!

I stayed in town for two nights. No room service provided. Called front desk and she informed me had to request it. There was an event downstairs with music playing until midnight. Bass thumping through the walls. For the rate they charge, I do not recommend this hotel.
