Yo hice la reservación y yo la pague sin embargo era para una persona que si llegada a qro. Se atraso y necesitaba ocupar la habitación hablé y me dijeron que con ine sin embargo cuando llego la otra persona en la madrugada, le negaban el acceso y no querían buscarlo en las reservas y no fue hasta que logró comunicarse conmigo para saber que habitación estaba le dieron acceso por no buscar en sistema lo tuvieron cerca de 1 hr diciéndole que no había nadie ahí con ese nombre que buscara en otro lado. Lo cual se me hizo mal gusto ya que eran cerca de las 5 am. Y era un día pesado de trabajo. Al hacer check in se le comento a la recepcionista que entraría el y todavía cuando la encontré en lobby que se iba me comentó que su compañero ya estaba avisado, el cual no pareció ser.
