Hotel Indigo WACO - BAYLOR by IHG

I liked everything about this hotel with the exception of one critical concern: security. The staff was fantastic, the rooms clean and the atmosphere relaxing. The property is unfenced and nobody watches the parking lot, though. There was one guy tweaking his way across the property when I parked with my family, then another guy wandering around outside with a hubcap. The hotel is one block from the Salvation Army, which probably has a lot to do with the folks outside, so plan your stay accordingly. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice property

Fantastic stay. Very clean and everyone was pleasant.

Some outlets & our lights did not work in our room. We weren’t in there for much of the day but other than that it was nice stay.

I believe the price was high overall.

Front desk not very friendly. No smiling welcoming faces at front desk. Other service staff seemed more friendly. I would not stay there again

The staff was awesome and the property was very clean.

Front desk (Chloe) was very friendly and helpful. She definitely could have used some help, though. The room was very nice. We would have liked another blanket. And the covers were so tight on the bed, we couldn’t move our feet until we pulled it out from under the mattress. Bathroom was nice and clean and well-stocked with towels.

Quiet atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was great except a little too high. Breakfast was excellent, with good service.
