"Service can make or break a company. You lost this one."

The bathroom door was not easy to slide. My wife could not open the door once it was closed We had guest so it needed to be used. Spoke to the front desk and nobody seemed to care. Nothing was gone to meet out needs. Fix the door Change rooms No one cared.

"I loved the location and how the tanger outlets and stuff were literally walking distance."

I loved all the amenities that were available at the property. The pool area was well above my expectations it was beautiful. The patio bar was definitely something to enjoy.

I did not like the fact that the ice machine was on the fifth floor and was definitely not shown on anything. Most places that I have stayed have an ice machine on each floor.
