Otel merkezi konumdaydı. Genel anlamda büyük ve konforluydu. Fiyat ferformans diyebiliriz. Ancak şampuan kutusu boştu. Tuvalet kağıtları sıfır kullanılmamış değildi. Tuvalette de temizlenmiştir yazısı yoktu. Durumla alakalı resepsiyona ve oda servisine telefondan ulaşamadım. Telefona geri dönüş de yapmadılar. Bunlara dikkat edilmiş olsaydı kesinlikle 5 yıldızdı. Fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz. Karşılamada oldukça güleryüzlülerdi. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim.

I cannot give a positive evaluation unless bellow matter is properly resolved.

I was charged for an additional night without my consent, even though it was supposed to be my check-out day. I’ve been requesting an explanation and a refund through Booking.com for over a month, but there has been no response from the property and no progress in resolving the issue. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not stay at this hotel again. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
