Sue was so nice and room was big comfortable.

The shower has a curtain and not glass shower door making the all bathroom wet. The water pressure was too weak.

Excellent spacious three bed apartment with basic kitchen facilities like microwave,kettle and toaster.

Access to the laundry facilities was in the owners private space which was unusual and a bit odd, but she was happy to let us use them

Sue was the best host. She contacted us beforehand to arrange the check-in and we were lucky to meet her shortly (also her very cute cat, I think his name was Oscar). The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our overnight stay and to visit London Bridge, Twelve Apostels and as a start to drive back up the Great Ocean Road. The Town of Port Campbell was also one of the cutest we visited during our stay. If you want to get great food you have to check out the Pub at Port Campbell Hotel which is a short walk from Portside Motel :-) If we could've we would've totally stayed longer at the Motel, it was 10/10!

Everything was perfect.

Really outstanding place to stay. Easy to check in, parking right outside the door. Huge room with 3 massive beds which were lovely and comfy, with warm bedding. Great bathroom with lovely toiletries and well equipped kitchen. Attention to detail was outstanding. Lovely little patio seating area. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to town. Could not fault it!

The room was just as clean as the pictures show. The owner was very friendly and helpful. free coffee and hot chocolate. 10 mins to the 12 apostles, and lot's of cafe and restaurants nearby. one of the best stay in Melbourne!
