Good location. property very spacious but basic

After arriving late on Monday night we were hoping for a swift check in however they struggled to find our booking which stressed a little once they did we were told would be in a different apartment to what was booked where we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage as no lift. Once in where told couldn’t use double bed in the main room due to being broken. The lights in kitchen where on the entire time we where there as couldn’t find a switch anywhere and the shower didn’t work which normally would be fine but will having full day trips every day it wasn’t fun coming back to having to run a bath rather than just jumping in shower.. over all happy with accommodation but needed some TLC

Central location, close to transport links

Generally, disappointed as location was a primary factor in our hotel selection. We booked with P&J specifically to be in the old town. Unfortunately, our room was in a building 10 mins walk away outside of the old town. While Lubicz Street is in the room title, it's not something a customer should have to look for when booking a hotel that is set to a specific location. This needs to be much more clearly marked and directly confirmed with the customer. Communication to get keys after hours was clear but instructions to find the room (another building) was very confusing - no map provided or indication on how long the walk would be. Photo shown in instructions wasn't even the right building. Room itself was generally fine but shower head holder was broken which was annoying.

apartment was lovely, very spacious and in a great location. Did not appreciate being woken up at 6:30am everyday to drilling and work being done on a property next door other than that it was fantastic

Wonderful big apartment in a perfect location. Near all shops and tourist attractions. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen is rather basic but with so many cafes and restaurants on the doorstop and most with good prices why bother cooking? Highly recommend it.

Great location. However these "serviced" apartments were not serviced. I had to ask 3 times for fresh towels and ended up buying my own toilet paper because I got tired of waiting. Otherwise pretty comfortable but beware there's no elevator. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, which was a bit tricky with a small child.

It is a cute apartment with a pretty courtyard outside the opening door. It is in the heart of the old city and everything is an easy walk. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Perfect service, perfect location of the apartment, only 2 minutes walk from the centre. Really big apartment , easy to stay 5 people and more.
