Todo excelente! En relación a otros hoteles de la zona, el precio estuvo súper bien.

Buena ubicación y las habitaciones estaba cómoda.

Pésima atención tanto por correo o whatsapp como en persona. Antes del viaje me hicieron varias veces la misma pregunta sobre la hora de llegada, les pedí hacer check-in temprano y me dijeron que estaba sujeto a disponibilidad. Llegué al hotel a las 7 de la mañana estuve en la recepción hasta las 3 de la tarde y a pesar de que un par de personas solicitaron habitación sin reserva, a mi no me dieron una habitación ni siquiera con cobro extra. La recepcionista groseramente me repetía una y otra vez que hasta las 3 de la tarde. El tour del día siguiente era temprano, no alcanzamos desayuno y nos dieron una ¨lunch box¨ TERRIBLE. A pesar de ello decidí quedarme. Fui a Cusco unos días y cuando regresé EL MISMO DÍA DE MI INGRESO ME DICEN QUE NO ME PODÍAN DAR HABITACIÓN POR PROBLEMAS DE LAS INSTALACIONES. La misma grosera recepcionista no sabía como proceder con booking. Resumen: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA CON EL HOTEL.

Only the location

The air conditioning in my room stopped working and I woke up all sweaty at 2 am in the morning. They could do nothing. I had to check in at another hotel at 3 am in the morning. And I have been not been refunded the money I paid to them for my stay. I had to visit them 3 times before they sent me a mail that they will refund but still not done. It was a disaster. The hotel is quite old and needs complete refurbishment

Great location and nice breakfast

Que me cancelaron la reserva a 1 hora de llegar al hotel, supuestamente por trabajos en el piso que tenía reservado, algo relacionado con el aire acondicionado. La misma situación le ocurrió a una amiga que reservó en dicho hotel a fines de septiembre. Lo encuentro una falta de respeto tremenda con los clientes. No lo recomendaría por nada del mundo, puesto que que ofrecen es un engaño. No me queda claro si el.problema es del hotel o de Booking. The location of the hotel is good and is in walking distance of many places. The breakfast buffet was okay.

We arrived a couple hours early to check-in time to drop our bags off. When we came back, staff told us to wait as the room was not ready. After about 30 minutes, I asked the staff again and they said there was still a problem but it should only be a further 10-15 minutes. We finally got into our room over an hour past the check-in time and did not have any towels, shampoo or conditioner in the room. We asked the staff to supply and they said someone will bring it. After 20 minutes someone came with some towels. The room we booked was on the ground floor and so we could hear all the kitchen noise and reception noise until about midnight. The noise started again from 5am when staff were preparing for breakfast. Very poor location of the room to have so much noise come through to the room. Very disappointed in staff and the hotel.
