Nada

A las 23:30 llegamos al hotel y solo ahí, sin previo aviso, no nos dicen que no nos recibirán por una "inundación" que tenían. Luego nos marcó como "No show" como si no nos hubiesemos presentado.

Nada! Me cancelaron al llegar a las instalaciones. A un grupo de cinco personas. Sin darnos ninguna solución. No lo recomiendo , pésimo servicio.

Mala experiencia por reserva booking. No lo recomiendo.

Llegamos al hotel y recién ahí nos avisaron que no nos íbamos a poder hospedar por un inconveniente en la habitación. No nos resolvieron nada, tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta.
