Me gusto mucho la habitacion. Me gusto la predisposicion del personal Me gusto mucho el desayuno Me gusto que hubiese estacionamiento cerrado para mi vehiculo Recomendaria elaborar un plato del dia en la cocina, y que sea de una comida tipica magallanica.

No funcionaba el sauna y faltaba mas informacion del area Spa

"Mala atención de recepcionista"

Agua de la ducha fría, se informa a recepción sin dar ninguna solución. Además, al momento del check in (atendido muy amable por una recepcionista) eso se vio opacado por un desubicado compañero de trabajo de ella, que la interrumpía a cada información que ella me entregaba. Además, el recepcionista en cuestión, me hizo bajar para buscar a quien tambien se estaba alojando en el hotel.

Estaba bien ubicado y el personal fue encantador,

Necesita reforma, está muy viejo. La piscina el agua está caliente pero el ambiente exterior es frio. Una de las camas muy blanca e incomoda
