Good big car park Easy to find hotel Lady who served in bar couldnt do enough for me

Didn’t like check in Asian receptionist very surly and official Spoke to me like I was scum of life Not at all welcoming Room tired was shower hose damaged Old room had a quick lick of paint to renovate it poorly

The check in process was really slow Having to pay for parking as a hotel guest isn’t the best idea Rowdy customers under the influence of alcohol in the reception area swearing and shouting Shower very tricky to regulate Room decor very tired looking Couldn’t work the lights above the bed At breakfast yoghurt and milk left out at room temperature Tea bags in rooms poor quality and not sealed

Room was spartan, Shower was bareable, no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was not value for money, continental no cooked breakfast.

Huge room. Large very comfortable bed. Quality furniture. Continental breakfast nice. Frienfly helpful staff.

Light always went off very quick in bathroom. Whole place did not seem especially clean. Not too bad but glass, wood metal, paintwork neglected. Needed more polish!

The hot water stopped working overnight. We were unable to take a shower or bath at the hotel and would need to return home to do that. Overall, the hotel was average.
