Hilton Garden Inn Konya, Turkey

The building itself is very nice and taken care of, but it was a hot box once we walked into the lobby. Although the website states you have in-room A/C, it is controlled by the hotel so it will feel like a sauna inside the room between 0800 and 1800-1900. I wanted to speak to the manager on the second day and he made the poor desk lady lie about him not being within the hotel premises. One minute later he decided to stroll out of his office and began to explain to me how the building A/C allegedly works. The bottom line is that he was rude and just not willing to help with the situation and just told me to wait until 1800 so the A/C control would be turn on inside the room. The problem is that they even control how cold you will get (exactly no lower than 22.5 degrees Celsious). His name is Ihan Bilici and he has no problem making his employees lie for him or lie to you. His customer service and willingness to help his paying customers was just subpar and unacceptable. I will be report this person to the appropriate Hilton management as they and this hotel deserves someone better for the job. If you want to be comfortable inside your room, find another place as your comfort will depend on somebody else here.

We stayed one night . The hotel was clean.The breakfast was good and acceptable.The souvenir shop in the lobby has beautiful items. The hotel is near Mevlana museum about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

Covid Safety fail! Unable to take breakfast to our room, forcing is to eat in the cafeteria. There should be an option to take breakfast to our room. Not allowed.

Simply fabulous. The reception staff was ready for our arrival and guided us for breakfast and other services. They explained also about the venues and events in Konya. The room was glittering clean. We were advised about the food choices and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was savory and delicious. Mr. Irfan assisted us in the breakfast with complete hygienic and social distancing rules. Comfortable hotel with a walking distance from the center of town. Museum was also a walking distance. Good breakfast. Excellent protocol in adhering to and following COVID containment measures. Quiet rooms despite being very close to main roads.

The staff at the hotel where really accommodating, they did what ever they could to help our stay. The hotel was clean and everyday it was cleaned. The hotel is located in a nice quite place and all the local attractions are 10minutes walk away. Good places to eat too which are less than 10minutes walk away. This hotel is ideal for those who are wanting to stay a short while (10minutes) walk away from the hustle and bustle of Konya.

The hotel was disaster. We usually stay at Hilton for the quality. This one had nothing. Breakfast was very poor, one plate of the cheapest things you can find. What is surprising is that we stayed for 4 nights and they only cleaned our room once although we asked for it. They are undrestaffed and the hotel was full.

Everything good, the only negative things was un-respect from the front desk personnel in the morning; I ask if he has paper clamps, arrived another customer and start to talk with him and ignored me. this make annoyed.

Hilton did not disappoint. Clean, modern, vibrant. Covid measures were in play. Umar was the checkin reception. And ge couldn't have done enough for us. Thank you Umar. WhAt a star. And a huge thank you, to Sardar in the resturant !!! Great service. Defo would stay and recommend
