ウォシュレットが壊れていた。 隣の人が0時ごろ大声で話す声が聞こえてうるさかった。

女性は大浴場を使えなかった点 大きい荷物の搬入にエレベーターを使おうと思ったが、1階からの使い勝手が悪かった。
