The Lake Villas were impeccably clean and the location by the beach is perfect

The “guest relations” staff are unresponsive and, when finally reached, incredibly rude.

1. Еднообразна храна без нито един ден с морски продукти-недопустимо за хотел 5 звезди 2. Опитаха се да ни дадат стая не такава за каквато бяхме платили 3. Толерират германците и англичаните за сметка на другите туристи 4. Много слаба анимация и развлечения 5. Вносният алкохол е твърде ограничен

Buffet was excellent. So much choice of food. The a la carte restaurants were also good. I booked all 3 when I checked in and got a reservation no problem. The beach restaurant was particularly good, followed by the Turkish. Lots of bars and plenty of activities going on. Location excellent. Beach lovely, sea was so warm and lovely soft sand. We went on a boat trip and that was great. Arranged by Billy's on the beach. Side town only 10 minutes taxi ride away to see the Historical ruins. There were lots of cats in the hotel (I'm a cat lover) and a cat hotel. The cats were all very behaved and got lots of attention. A lovely hotel, but in need of a few tweaks as pointed out below.

The beach in terms of cleanliness wasn't great. There should be someone monitoring the litter and brushing down sun beds when they become vacant. I had to use my towel to wipe the sand off on a daily basis and dispose of the litter left behind in the already over brimming bin. Beds by the pool went very early and most of them had towels on with no-one sitting on them! This really needs to addressed by the hotel. The cleanliness of the buffet tables could have been better, one waiter was wiping the table with a wet wipe that we were given for our hands. A proper cloth and anti-bacterial spray should be used and a broom/pan to sweep up the food on the floor. The alcohol wasn't great. I appreciate that they are local, but the Vodka didn't taste like Vodka and neither did the Tequila. The hotel in general and my room could really do with some maintenance. The trim of the toilet door was hanging off, the mastic in the shower needed re-doing. The buffet area and the hotel in general could do with a lick of paint.

التنوع في البوفيه ولكن اللحوم ممكن تكون أكثر. بشكل عام البوفيه أفضل من فنادق بمستوى أعلى. موظفات خدمة الضيوف محترمات موظفة خدمة الغرف لطيفة كذلك بعض العروض الليلة ممتازة (الخالية من التعري) ولكن منظقة الجلوس حارة

التعري بكل مكان البوفيه مزدحم جدا والخدمة بطيئة جدا وكثير من النادلين تعاملهم غير لطيف ولا ألومهم لقلة عددهم مقارنة بعدد الزوار منطقة البوفيه حارة لأن الأبواب مفتوحة للخارج. آخر القاعة مقبولة. والنظافة دون المستوى الفندق يعلن عن توفر مدينة مائية وباص مجاني للتنقل لها. ولكن فعليا لم يكن هناك حجز إلى اليوم الأخير توفر مطعم واحد مجاني قائمة آلا كارت. ولكن الجلسة خارجية وحارة والخدمة غير احترافية كل مكان في الفندق تقريبا غير مكيف بشكل جيد عدا منطقة البوفيه الداخلية والغرف. حصل لنا موقف سيء حيث أثناء زيارة نادي الأطفال الكبار كانت الرائحة سيئة، تكرمون عرق ورطوبة خاصة أن المكان غير مكيف بشكل كاف، قام ابني الصغير لا شعوريا بتغطية أنفه بقميصه. لم يرق الفعل للعامل المسئول عن المكان وبدأ يستجوبني لماذا ابني عمل ذلك. لم أتجادل معه وتجاهلته.

Très beau complexe hôtelier avec tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. Grande plage avec de nombreux transats, personnel chaleureux , diverses possibilités de restauration. Proche de Sidé.

L’hôtel est adapté pour l’accueil de touristes allemands, le personnel ne parle pas français et les explications,notamment des plats servis au restaurant, ne sont pas en français, ce qui est très dommage. Concernant les piscines, impossible de trouver un transat car ils sont tous réservés dés le matin. Nous étions venus il y a 5 ans et nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel a légèrement baissé en gamme, surtout au niveau de la nourriture.
