Otel Ultra her şey dahil sistemiyle çalışıyor. Odalar temiz, geniş ve sıcaktı. Personel çok çalışkan ve iyi niyetli. Çok güzel bir kumsalı var. Otelin etrafında gezcek yerler de var. Çok memnunuz. Teşekkür ederiz.

It's clean.. after complained they made sure our room was cleaned well daily. The gourmet steak restaurant was impressive. The pools were nice and big.

Entertainment really lacking esp in evening, not much to do and shows were like high school performances.. atmosphere lacking. Main restaurant could be much better, food mediocre, staff mixed of friendly and not friendly - restaurants seemed understaffed to get a drink. Our "balcony" we were very unlucky 5th floor and a concrete box, wasn't good for the kids. Spent alot of money to get 5 star to be disappointed with main restaurant and bored in the evenings.

Overall it is a good hotel. We spent one week in August. The weather was really hot, but in the rooms and restaurants air conditioning works good. The beach is really big , the sea was very warm so we spent all the time by the beach, didn't use the pools (they are very nice). The staff is working hard, the food is good.

As the beach is sand, the water in the sea is not perfectly clean, especially when it is not calm. But that is not hotels problem.

That was my second time in this Hotel. Very clean, very good food and excellent staff.

We had a gastrointestinal infection that affected the whole family, but my daughter had a sleepless night vomiting. I don’t understand why the doctor, who is always available at the hotel, asked me to take her to Anatolia Hospital when he knew she had an infection that would pass with time. The hospital scammed me, especially since they knew I had insurance. I advise avoiding this hospital

We had an excellent stay, very correct and friendly staff.

We had an enjoyable stay at Paloma Oceana.Lovely pools and beach area, lots of food options including lunch restaurant at the beach. We arrived at noon and our room was ready what was a great gusture. All staff are friendly although speak little english.
