Paloma Pasha

Great hotel. The staff are lovely, special mention to guest relations and the kitchen staff who kept my little girl fed and well throughout the holiday who has coeliac disease. She got to pre order her food which was then ready at meal times which was great. The beach is lovely and so is the pool area. The entertainment staff put everything into their work and are excellent. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Jan Sari the yoga teacher was super and kept us bendy every day! The only suggestion we would have is to offer more shows in the amphitheatre. We hope to come again.

Me and my family visited Paloma Pasha for the second time in August 2025. All of the staff were helpful and provided 5* service in the restaurant and bars. Hikmet, Ferret, Ahmet worked extremely hard to ensure that we were provided with excellent service. Yunus in the Quentine was always so friendly and happy, we were so happy to see him again this year. He made sure we were looked after when we visited at lunch and dinner. Mert on the pier bar and Serdar in the pool bar were great, Mert served us lots last year and we were thrilled to see him again! The entertainment team (Zelal, Erkan, Nazli and Dilover) managed by Baron were amazing at getting everyone involved with the activities throughout the day and got us all up dancing and participating with all evening activities. We will definitely be returning to Paloma Pasha!

Hotel was great! I was against the idea to have a holiday in all inclusive set up because I don't want to wait in que for everything however meal times was well organized, not super crowded even hotel was almost full. Beach is like a heaven, especially in early mornings. Everyone was super helpful, special thanks to Seçil who help us from check in yo check out with her kindness.

Daily room cleaning service arrives afternoon, too late, in general the time we want to spend some time in our room

The location, the beach and some of the staff were great. I have to give special thanks and recognition to the bartender, Mr. Mert Demirci who works at the silent zone/pier area. He was exceptional and professional.

The food at main restaurant is mediocre. Also it is a challenge to get a table there at times. The price I paid is a bit high for this property.

It’s a nice hotel overall. There is nice kids club and the hotel provides babysitting for 15 Euros per hour per kid, but they only accept Euros in cash. I had to go to town and find an ATM that has Euros. It turned into a pain in the neck. If you like alcohol they only offer mediocre house wine and very limited cheap spirits. There is nothing special about the food in the all-you-can eat restaurant. Food in the ala carte restaurants are good. Considering how expensive the hotel is, I won’t go there again.
