Its very nice, clean and luxury! Very kind and warm staff. We came with baby and they even make a floor bed for her since she falls from bed and cot :)

Last day while eating mantı on beach restaurant, my wife broke her tooth because of a small stone/bone in minced meat. We talked with guest relations but there was a male manager there. He was a bit judgy and made us feel guilty to ask if hotel will pay dentist check since it is hotel’s mistake. I dont remember his name but he needs to be more positive with guests.

It was great to be back for the third time and second time this year! This hotel is excellent with super friendly and attentive stuff, great food, superb a la carte restaurants and wonderfull surroundings. There is no best place to relax and rest. Especially on the pier. You can enjoy the variety of different kinds of food, there is planty to choose really. The drinks in the bars are made by really great bartenders, they will make you anything you can think of with branded alcohols as well. Rooms are specious and clean, with every day cleaning service, the mini bar with water, cola, jucies and beer refilled also daily. But the most important part of this place are wonderfull people working there! Their kindness, engagement to work they do and smiling faces make the vacation spent there as your dresm one. I already cannot wait to be back in May next year. Already miss you my Paloma Pasha🫶🏻

We must say Paloma Pasha has some amazing staff to name a few The lovely ladies at Guest relations ( Sousous, Aylena, Tugba) every Vegetarian request we asked for they made sure the chefs in the kicthen to make this for us. My wife's birthday meal was really nicely organised with amazing service from Seval she was hospitable with a lovely smile. We want to thank the chefs, restaurant team for the amazing food they severed us, and how they were willing to make us whatever we requested we really appreciate this.

Guter Service, schöne Architektur und Design, Hotelanlage gepflegt, Zimmer sauber, wenn auch die Zimmer etwas aufgefrischt werden könnten. Sandstrand weitläufig und super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Ruhiges Hotel. Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Große Terrasse mit Bar und tollem Ausblick. Gerade in den Abendstunden schön. Entspannte Atmosphäre. Animation vorhanden, aber ohne großes Tatütata. Große Poolandschaft.

An einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, was aber nicht schwer ins Gewicht fällt.

We had such a great time here! The hotel is clean, food has been delicious and the place is a really nice vibe. Big shout out to Zelal Sude Turhan Baran and Erkan they’ve been so welcoming and friendly! Always smiling and made sure everyone got involved in the activities. The darts and archery sessions were so much fun thanks to them! We couldn’t ask for a better time, great staff, great food, and a lovely atmosphere.

We’ve had an amazing time at the Paloma Pasha Hotel! It is well maintained and the food has been delicious with variety every day. A special shout-out to Zelal Sude Turhan Baran and Erkan, they’ve been incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable! They always had a big smile on their face and really helped get everyone involved in the activities. The darts and archery sessions were so much fun thanks to their energy and enthusiasm! The hotel was excellent, we had a double room with a balcony & sea view. The hotel has great facilities and was plenty big enough for a great choice of where to relax, on the wonderful pier, the beachfront or by the pool. The location is great for exploring the surrounding towns and historical places of interest. We did organised tours to Ephesus and the market in Selcuk and we used the dolmus to visit Kusadasi. We also enjoyed the Northern coast, boat trip. All of these were fabulous. The main restaurant in the hotel felt very much like a canteen experience. The food choice and quality was really pretty poor. In fact, the worst I’ve experienced in 10 yrs visiting Turkey, so we used the a la carte restaurants instead. There are 3 free a la carte restaurants, we booked each 2-3 times and it appeared that there was very little restrictions on this which was great. The Mediterranean restaurant was terrific, but we had problems in both the sea food restaurant and the oriental restaurant. We witnessed worrying hygiene issues in the oriental restaurant when an iron plate used for sizzling beef was recovered from the dirty dishes trolley and reappeared as a service item less than 2 mins later. No way this was properly washed. The tempura vegetables were not served as described… in fact it was simply a stir fry with sweet & sour dressing…. The chicken & cashew nuts was served with cold salted peanuts instead of cashew? Really very poor, and when we raised this with the restaurant staff they greeted us with ambivalence. “It’s free, so take it” seems the attitude. Unfortunately in the fish restaurant I was served the Borek with a clump of black hairs in it, obviously during cooking as I unfortunately discovered them only after I had taken a mouthful. The hair was wrapped around the food - and my teeth!! The fisherman’s salad contained less than 50% of the described ingredients and this combined really spoiled our evening. In fairness, the guest relations manager was unbelievably good and gracious following our complaint. She went out of her way to recover our experience, including a couples spa treatment and a special meal in the Curio - Steak restaurant which were both terrific and a very welcome gesture from the hotel. Overall, aside from the issues of food, the hotel was terrific and I think horrified by the food experience we described. We note since that the menus at both of the restaurants mentioned have been updated.
