Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig, d. h. man hört 1:1 was in den Nachbarzimmern gesprochen wird, etc. Das Thema Körperschalldämmung und Geräuschisolierung der Sanitärinstallation (Abwasser- und Zuleitungen) fehlt vollständig. Auch die verwendeten Sanitärarmaturen sollte man auf die Geräuschklasse überprüfen. Bei Benutzung der sanitären Einrichtungen werden die anderen Hotelgäste mit geweckt.
