flat pillows only one bath towel room wasnt filthy but could use a deep cleaning i have stayed here 4 or 5 times a year for last several years new o2wnership was a downgrade

Staff was friendly. Bed comfortably enough. Room temperature was OK.

Apparently the internet wasn’t working or poor. Not even the TV could connect. It was unusually cold so water had to be turned off as soon as we got there for repair work. That took a couple hours. Bathroom floor was really cold. No shampoo supplied, only the little bars of soap.

It was so clean, it has friendly staff and comfortable rooms

There is nothing to complaint

We did not try the breakfast as Hardees was right next door.

Wish there would have been a vending machine.

Arrived to check in and informed my reservation was cancelled, ( was told the room reserved was not a pet friendly room, therefore they went ahead and cancelled it, I was NOT informed of this until I tried to check in)On the site it said pet friendly, made reservation in October and never informed of this!!), was told the my money would be refunded but I am disputing this matter because received an email stating since it was canceled I would not get a refund!!! I DID NOT cancel it, they did! I reported a dispute with my credit card holder and they are investigating ! I tried, but there was NO way to contact the Motel or Booking.com personally!
