"エゾリス可愛い"

エゾリスが可愛かった。

部屋にほこりやらクモの巣やらがあちこちにあって、清掃がまったく足りてないと感じた。 スタッフに外国人が多くて、接客もあまり丁寧とは言えず、ロビーでスタッフ同士が大声でずっと雑談してるのも少し不快だった。 楽しみにしていたビュッフェも何品かたりなくて、がっかりした。

食事も美味しく快適でした。連泊でしたが、少しずつメニューも違って、連泊特別メニューもありました。4日目に娘が体調を崩して、ホテルの方々に親切にしていただき、本当に感謝しております。 庭に来る蝦夷リスが毎日見られ、多い時は5匹もいました。

ほぼ良かったのですが、ベットのライトの支柱に埃がクモの巣のように溜まっていたのが残念でした。ベットに寝ないと見えないところなので、お掃除の方が気づきづらいのかもしれませんが、頭の上なのでちょっと気持ち悪かったです。

Best stay of our 2026 trip. Amazing amenities, decor, layout, great customer service. The resort have such amazing onsen options as well as the buffet foods. Definitely recommended to stay here and we will be back.
