Hotel immense on se perd un peu mais ce n'est pas un labyrinthe! Le restaurant propose une très grande diversité de plats mais comme l'hotel est immense c'est à certain moment un peu la cohue pour se servir. Sinon la qualité est plus que correcte

Remettre un plan de l'hotel lorsque les clients arrivent serait utile!

"パブリックスペースは充実"

ラウンジや大浴場は広々として癒されるのですが、通常のツインルームはトイレも狭い上に入口に段差があり、浴室もシャワーのみで癒されるものではありませんでした。ビュッフェの食事内容は充実していましたが、鍋の作り方などの説明があるとより良いと思いました。また、網走湖の景観を期待しておりましたが、パブリックスペースあるいはツインルームからは全く見えませんでした。

夕食も朝食も混みすぎていて、食事ゆっくりできなかった。料理の種類も少なく、夕食で美味しかったのは お茶漬けでした。食事が終わったら疲れました。外人の従業員も日本語に疎く伝えるのに手間がかかった。
