De locatie is top. Pal aan de kerstmarkt en het centrum. Privé parking aan 15 euro was in ons gevolg een dikke aanrader.

Kamers zijn klein maar wel proper en deftig gerenoveerd. Proper afgewerkte badkamer. Een top aanbod van domotica dat zelfs de veluxen opent maar waar niemand baat bij heeft. Bestuurbaar via meerdere knoppen én een tablet. Dit zorgt voor conflicten in de besturing waardoor het fout loopt en je al bang om het licht aan te doen. Het ontbijt is duur voor het aanbod. 19 euro per persoon. Lekker maar heel standaard. Tijdens ons verblijf was het een piekdag tussen kerst en Nieuwjaar. Het personeel kon het aanvullen van het buffet niet bijhouden waardoor we veel moesten wachten. Buffet staat ook ongelukkig opgesteld in een te kleine hoek. Een eiland zou veel praktischer zijn met zoveel mensen. Het hotel heeft geen balie of bar. Om aan te melden dien je het restaurant binnen te wandelen en met je valiezen naar de kassa te gaan. Dit voelt heel ongemakkelijk als gast. Een kleine toog aan de zij ingang met een belletje om de gasten snel te verwelkomen zou een grote meerwaarde zijn. Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Durbuy en het hotel. Maar prijs kwaliteit zijn we niet tevreden.
