"Great but need to consider this comment"

Everything was just perfect.. Great location Great service and such a nice interior One thing i just did not like about the hotel which is you are not allowed to bring food from outside... Well i never tried to bring any or needed to but when ever I entered the hotel security guys kept asking me u have food with u or something ? It just feels awkward I hope the management consider this as a hotel not as 5 star prison!

The most luxurious hotel i have ever stayed at. Gorgeous lobby and beautiful rooms. The pool and beach area were perfection. Straight out of a picture. Breathtaking experience.

"Hotel is great for business or events but not so m"

Hotel was very good but Kuwait is not very open for entertainment except shopping and restaurants. Hotel policy on women using the mixed pool is a little strict.

"Wedding night in Regency"

The hotel was very good but the check in process was little bit strange. they told me that my wife should come with me so that they can give me the key of the room. It was my wedding night so my wife couldnot come at check-in time. they refused to give me the key although I gave them the passport of my wife and the marriage contract. they told me that they will give me the key when my wife come to the hotel with me. My comment is that the real 5 stars hotel would give you the keys and offer surprises in the hotel for the wedding night.
