Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. In a good neighbourhood with lovely views across the town and lake. The hosts were kind and helpful, transferring us from the station even when our train was delayed.

Perfectly situated close to Desenzano, hosts were always ready to answer any questions and they were very happy to help, I would highly recommend this apartment . Good sized apartment, we will definitely stay there again. Also use of their pool facilities at their nearby apartments was a big bonus.

We have no complaints as we are fit and able but someone with walking difficulties could struggle if they wanted to walk to the town as it's quite a steep hill.

We really enjoyed our stay in Antonella and Fabio’s property. Antonella kindly picked us up from the train station and walked us around the property. The property was very well equipped (washing machine, cutlery etc) and at the highest level of cleanliness which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were a good size and we had access to the tennis court, jacuzzi and swimming pool which was so peaceful and made our stay very enjoyable. Great facilities for children as there’s plenty to do in a safe environment. The property is super close to the waterfront as well as the centre. It is also close to a good bakery and excellent pizzeria (which we would highly recommend it’s called Pizzeria S. Benedetto). The location of the property is also good for day trips. We visited Sirmione (using the ferry in the centre) and Venice (using the train which is about a 20 minute walk to the station). Desenzano itself we would really recommend because it’s more quiet than other towns in Lake Garda so if you’re looking for a peaceful (but not boring!) stay, this is the perfect area for this. There is a market on Tuesdays which was full of Italian goods and the centre itself has lots of lovely boutiques so a good place to go for a shopping spree as well. The hosts were super easy to contact and really kind. Antonella even sorted our taxi back to the airport for us. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone and would not hesitate to come back. Nice apartment that has everything you need. Only five minutes to the center of Desenzano. Very nice and helpful host. We would love to come back :)

We missed a curtain in front of the bedroom window. The sun came in early. The day of departure it was only cold water, so it was not possible to take a shower.

Location is perfect, apartment size was very generous for our group of 4, Antonella was exceptionally helpful, couldn’t have been nicer, highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is set up perfectly for a self catering holiday. The location is convenient to get into town. We very much appreciated the prompt communications from the host, all our queries were answered, and we were kindly picked up and taken to the station. Also we were rescued when caught in the rain and no chance to get a taxi. It's a highlight to have such nice hosts.

Everything was perfect. The location is a plus (trains and boats nearby to explore the region) The host is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to suggest good restaurant and ice cream
