Everything! Staff was exceedingly helpful and very pleasant. Food was exquisitely prepared.

Nothing. We wanted a quiet place in a small Welsh town and this was perfect.

The staff is fabulous. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Daily service was superb. Interesting history. Quiet. I would stay here again.

Heat wave in the UK caused the upstairs second bedroom to be too hot to sleep in, so we moved a cot downstairs with the big bed. In addition, it would have been nice to have the windows in both rooms opened and fans on before we arrived to cool it off. Took a couple hours to make it sleepable.

Staff very good and helpful and friendly gardens very nice ( underused could be so fab) very clean great location. easy parking large rooms great for dogs and surrounding walks

the rooms - (we were in a dog friendly room) were a little tired and dated - in need of a refresh the bed was not super comfy new pillows need to be replaced restaurant not very atmospheric for us in the evening - but as location is so good, town is an easy walk, good for breakfast

All good the hotel is fantastic, staff very helpful and large car park, very enjoyable stay

Minor gripe as extremely hot weather the time we stayed, missed air conditioning but did not spoil the stay
