"Exceptional"

This is a charming classic style hotel with a family owned feel to it. The food is excellent such that we sent our compliments to the chef. The staff we met were all very friendly. It sits in its own grounds, good car parking. Only 10 minutes walk to the town of Usk.

Excellent breakfast and early start. Great quiet lift.

A walk- in shower with door would be helpful for elderly people.

NIce out of the way hotel. Good size rooms.

The room was hot. We couldnt really oopen the windows as there was a graduation party downstairs

There were proms going on for school leavers on two consecutive nights and eating in the hotel dining room was awful as there was literally screaming and loud music in the area next to the dining room. Food was very average inc something called a sausage casserole at c£28 that was really burnt sausages and mash

Everything! Staff was exceedingly helpful and very pleasant. Food was exquisitely prepared.

Nothing. We wanted a quiet place in a small Welsh town and this was perfect.
