Heel ruime kamers met alle nodige comfort

Loved the location close to the harbour. Near Ortega fish shack which is an amazing restaurant. The bedrooms were really comfortable and loved the bath.

We were given the ground floor (Dungeon) studio next to the communal toilets. The room was freezing like an icebox. We were exhausted and tried to rest at 4.30pm and there was noise all around, above someone was banging and crashing, talking and noise everywhere. We complained and staff denied the issues, especially the noise above /which turned out to be workmen. However, the staff did shift us to the next floor. However, whilst a much superior position, again freezing cold for a cold winter day and the air con would not work. (staff need lessons or there needs to be an explanation of how to work in reverse the aircon in freezing conditions. The carpet was dirty the skirting was unclean. The silly design of glass wall/doors to bathroom was terrible and fall off /could have caused real damage to a person if my husband had not caught it in time - shower floor designed wrong and water went everywhere - This looked good in photos but was a faulty towers and then the reception denied they had had complaints before. Not going back.

Excellent friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Lovely food. Ease of access to the airport.

The bed was too soft, for old bones.

So lovely. Beautiful decor; excellent cleanliness and comfort. Loved the little treats and extra touches.
