Lovely boutique hotel! Convenient location close to Te Papa and waterfront. Well appointed rooms with many special touches that made the stay feel extra luxurious. Heard a little street noise at night but small price to pay for such a special place. Reception staff were warm and friendly; terrific breakfast before departure included in the room rate I selected. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
