My husband enjoyed using the spa after work but unfortunately Beds uncomfortable funky smell throughout the room , no heating, pool was cold dirty and unpleasant.

The room was clean.

First impressions - floor paint flaking around reception area, faded and dull paint work and pest control people with masks and equipment wandering around. The kitchen area of our room needs updating. The fridge had no door on freezer box and unable to use inside of door for bottles etc as the bars were missing. Furnishings very basic. Television channels not as described .
