The place itself is a good studio to base yourself but could be made so much better by paying attention to the small things such as: fridge too cold, no heating for the cold nights, insufficient blankets, flooded bathroom every time you showered, kettle didn't switch off, TV didn't work, drawers didn't open. However the lady who looked after the place was really lovely, friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was good.

Convient lacation, good value for money

Close to beach, clean rooms and the basic to sleep in the hotel.

This is a functional property in a good location in Perissa. The owner family is very nice and helpful. The air conditioning and wifi work well.

Wouldn't recommend. Aircon didn't work so couldn't sleep, when you did get to sleep town church bell blasted for ten minutes at 7 am, on both mornings we stayed there. Not a comfortable stay.

Disappointed with Hotels.com, they offered me a room suitable for 2 adults & 2 children which I duly booked with 48hrs notice. On arrival we had a triple studio which was clean and ideal albeit minus the fourth bed. On checking I had booked a triple, but it had accepted my booking even though I specified, and it clarified four passengers travelling. My youngest daughter slept on 3 blankets on the floor as the owner didn't have another room. It made for a disappointing first night in what is a beautiful island. We only had two nights here so we managed but not good from the tour op.

Nice budget accommodation.. clean, basic, good service... Great value for money.

excellent location & service.... very helpful host.. very near to bus stop and the beach as well... lot of restaurants around.... also a good bakery..
