Das Hotel ist okay, Restaurant Crew ist super

Die Trennwände zwischen den Zimmern sind Pappe. Man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn. Nicht akzeptabel.

Pésimo el personal

Tuve la mala suerte de olvidar mi cartera con targetas y pasaporte y aún cuando el gerente me aclaró que el cuarto no fue alojado y solo entró una persona al cuarto de limpieza no me resolvieron nada y no me regresaron nada por que traía dinero

"Excelente hotel en Zacatecas."

Habitacion grande y nueva, todo olia a nuevo. En el pasillo tenian galletas , cafe e infusion de aguas. Las galletas muy ricas.

Tienen dos elevadores, sin embargo el de la derecha no te permite bajar al lobby (es decir, para subir a tu piso puedes tomar cualquiera de los dos elevadores pero para bajar solo funciona el de la izquierda)
