it is big and spacious

It is abit hard maneuver if you do not understand Deutsch. from the self check in text they send you before your arrival to most of the documentations in the room are not in English. for international visitors , even getting a cab from the hotel is hard because you do not have a way to call for cab.

It’s a robot hotel. There was no staff, it was spooky to live in a hotel where you see no human

Street was under construction. Loud noise from 7am. Almost impossible to park car.

A great location midway between the Main Station and the city centre. Under 15 mins in both directions. A nice, modern room which was well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

I expected there to be a reception. I discovered it was entry by codes, which I had not received. Not a great problem but it was at the end of stressful

Good location short walk from the train station and the centre of town. Staff allowed me to check-out later as my train was delayed.

Hotel is a bit run down, but for the price it is probably ok

We are both aged in our 70's and found the 4 flights if stairs and the final dpiral stsircase too diffivukt to handle. Should have advised in advertising that there was nk elevator to the 5th floor.

Gut 1km vom Bahnhof, alles fußläufig, Umgebung nicht so superinteressant, aber der schönen Seiten Aachens sind ja in der Nähe, Check In via Schlüsselbox, hatte keinen Kontakt zu einem Mitarbeiter in der ganzen Zeit. Ansonsten aber alles fein, Zimmergröße war sehr schön mit Balkon.

Some amenities like the mini fridge, the socket next to the bed, the windows and the shower were either broken or malfunctioning. The curtains were dirty and with insects, and the “lobby” if that is what one can call it, was unattended. The room was not in good conditions, and there’s a big construction site right in front of the hotel that makes it impossible to park close by, and the streets are blocked and under repairs.

Silberfische und weiteres Ungeziefer waren in dem Zimmer. Betten voller Haare. Die Umgebung war eine Katastrophe. Steckdosen mussten auch gesucht werden.

the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and everything I needed was in there. Highly recommend this place.
