これからの旅先のホテル予約でカード支払いトラブルが発生したとのメールを受信。ビッキーさんに相談したら、即、親身になって電話でブッキング社に問い合わせをしてくれ、そのメールがブッキング社からの正しいメールで不審なものではないと確認できた。そこで、安心して対処し、解決することができた。 ジェットバスの浴槽が大きく、癒された。 暖房が効いている

金庫が壊れていた。 影響はなかったが、開けた窓が完全に閉まらなくなった。 浴室のイルミネーションは凝っているが、過剰感があった。 思った以上に駅から遠く、駅へは上り坂なのでラゲージが重たく感じた。

The suites are lovely, It offered all that we needed with a comfortable bed. WIFI would benefit from an upgrade but would not put us off from going back. Breakfast and the service was very good, fresh, well presented and hot. The staff and owner all really lovely people and happy to help with anything required. The environment is quiet and relaxing

There is nothing to dislike.

The room was very spacious, loved the decoration and thoroughly enjoyed the double whirlpool bath which was a nice treat. Also having a wide choice of breakfast delivered to your room was very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed it.
