Ascot Hotel Buyukada

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Müthiş manzara eşliğinde çok konforlu bir taatil geçirdik. Tek olumsuzluk kurumuş çiçeklerin kaldırılmamış olmasıydı. Her detayı ince düşünülmüş, pırıl pırıl bir oda/işletmede olmaması gereken bir ihmal olarak değerlendirdim. Çalışanların iyi niyeti, çözüm odaklı ve gayreti taktire şayan. Çok memnun ayrıldık. Otelde değil de sanki adada evinizde yaşıyormuş hissini vermesi de bence ayrıca güzel. Tavsiye ederim.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. We booked one of the economy rooms which was good, enough space for the two of us, but the room was on the first floor right by the elevator and the restaurant entrance which made for some noise and also the light in the hallway would turn on and off constantly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The TV in the room didn't work during our stay which wasn't a huge deal since we were there only for a couple of nights. There is an electric kettle in the room and tea but they don't provide any coffee so we bought some packet of instant coffee since breakfast is not served til 9am. The breakfast was ok, they do offer scrambled and hard boiled eggs, a small selection of bread and pastries, some fruit and tea. If you want any coffee drinks you'll have to pay extra. The pool was a nice bonus to have especially after a long day of walking in the heat.

Kahvaltısı, temiziliği, odaların manzarası ve konforu, otelin konumu her şey gerçekten harikaydı. Çalışanların çok genç, enerjik ve naziktiler.

Nice hotel, clean, rare that they have their own pool and elevator! The location is perfect if you also intend to visit the public "beaches" or the swim club on the eastern side of the village. Close to both the central parts with all the shops and restaurants and the eastern swim club.

We thought we had booked a bigger room with a terrace. But we got a tiny, and I mean tiny, balcony. We got locked in our room one day and couldn't get out due to a locking mechanism failure. Jumping from the balkony was out of the question. We eventually got help and they got us out. When we returned after dinner the key card didn't work any more so now we could not get in to our room. The personal opened for us with the master key. They switched out the lock the next day. So all good in the end. The level of knowledge in the English language was quite low with the staff. But they did their best and managed to solve every problem that presented itself.

Otelin konumu temizliği odaların genişliği personelin saygısı çok güzeldi. çok güzel bir otel ve çok güzel insanlar ! kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Deniz terasli oda cok sirin. Tekrar geleceğim.

Güzel bir tesisti. Eşim ve çocuğumla 2 gün kaldık. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Çiçeklerin içinde havuzu ve kahvaltı salonunu çok beğendik. Gitmeyi düşünenlere tavsiye ederim.

Otelin tüm kullanım alanları tertemizdi. Odaların genişliği ve temizliği çok güzeldiği. Mutfağı çok lezzetli olup çalışan ekip son derece ilgiliydi. Çevre ulaşımı ve konum son derece merkeziydi.
