As a small hotel owner I understand both sides of the guest and owner/manger equation. Unless I have something good to say, I avoid reviewing. Unless the treatment we get is appalling. We stayed 6 nights and on day 2 we asked could we move to another room where you could have the sea view from the bedroom. We were told by the manageress that all the rooms were the same layout. Bedroom at the back (with no sea view) living space at the front and they were not available. This was utter lies and then we had to endure her offering these rooms to other people the following day. After we asked her could we move she completely ignored us. Never said hello. Horrendous behaviour. She shouldn’t be working in a hospitality! AVOID room 104. It’s at the top of the stairs and everyone congregates there. Very little privacy. Not worth the price.
