The location.

Very, very basic room. Some light and other room fittings in poor repair. No left luggage storage. Expensive for the room provided but booked at a very busy time.

In the heart of the city only a few minute walk from all major attractions. Very clean room with a TV, minifridge, AC unit and a balcony.

Got a room overlooking a main road and the restaurant underneath so it was fairly loud. The lock on the door to the room made it so that when you closed it, it was very loud and the banging of doors woke us up early in the morning. The bedding was only a topsheet and there was no cover on the duvet. The shower in the room had no holder so you had to hold the shower head yourself to shower. The staff while lovley, didn't speak English.

As advertised. Room was small but CLEAN. Excellent location, working elevator.

On arrival, we had no idea how to get into the locked Hostal. The phone was answered by someone in a very noisy background. Our limited Spanish & not being able to hear the person took 2 or 3 calls before we understood how to get in the front door. Next problem was how to access the key box in the lobby. We got to our room, stayed the night & left the next day without ever seeing or hearing from our host.

Everything was great, comfy beds, quite even though we were on a main road, felt safe and secure. Nice hot shower, clean towels. Was a lovely room.

Would of been nice to have had a kettle and a couple of mugs, but not a massive problem.

No cafe/bar/reception

The location was what we wanted.

Not associated, as was implied, with the ground floor restaurant with the same name. Entry to the building was very difficult and stressfull.

Clean, sparse but comfortable

I will only say that the check in process could have been better. I did tell them what time I would be arriving but no one was manning the front desk. So the number provided just rang out.
