素泊まりプランで予約したのですが急遽朝食付きプランに変更してもらいました。丁寧に対応していただきました。朝食も種類豊富で美味しく、ゆっくり食事ができて満足しました。

No tattoos allowed in the common Onsen.

施設自体に問題はありませんが、セミダブルは大人二人には厳しかったです。

The staff could not have been more helpful. I had a medical issue and a lady at reception arranged help for me. The hotel is only about an 8 minute walk from Imari Station where the Fukuoka Showa Bus also arrives and departs. There is a lovely Izakaya (pub) right next to the hotel car park and an Aeon supermarket nearby. The best thing is their buffet breakfast. A large choice of freshly prepared food with menu specials that change daily. There is a coffee and soft drink bar in the lobby. You can catch a train on the Matsuura Railway line from Imari to Arita but there is only one per hour. It is only a 15 minute bus ride to the pottery village of Okawachiyama but use the timetable outside Imari Station to plan your trip. Only ¥200 each way.

Nothing negative comes to mind.

コンビニが隣で、カフェレストランも併設されているので、大変便利でした。

Not far from the station…great breakfast and hot springs! I would definitely return.
