"房間舒適，膳食豐富"

房間寬敞舒適，稍為不足的是湖景被遮擋。 旅館員工的英語不算流利，但態度很親切和友善。 早餐及晚餐非常豐富，看得出很用心準備，不過晚餐實在吃得太飽，如能減少碟數更佳。 雖然房間有獨立浴室，但我還是喜歡去公共溫泉浴池，冬天去的話，沒有太多人，令人很放鬆。

バスターミナルに近くて好立地。 食事は朝夕共に美味しくて◎。 但し、建物/設備は古く、タバコのにおいが染み付いていて清潔感低。 また、お風呂などいろいろな場所に掃除用具など置きっ放し。 食事処が良いだけに残念です。

離公車站很近, 在房內就可看到中禪寺湖夕陽, 晚上套餐料理好吃, 服務人員很細心, 用餐時還主動幫我們排好室內拖鞋和詢問是否需要添飯

"不錯的酒店"

位置佳，房間面向中禪寺湖可惜有1/3景觀給酒店建築阻擋。房間只有洗手間卻沒有浴室，所以一定要使用酒店浴池。早餐和晚餐食物和用餐地方很不錯，不是豪華，簡簡單單很舒服。酒店服務員友善。
