"It was refreshing and exhilarating."

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and great juices.

Most of the staff were not fluent in English so I had to use my Google translator on cellphone.

Хамовато нагловатый персонал. В новогодню ночь пытались выгнать с крыши, так как якобы у них там мероприятие( Я ответил что у меня тут бассейн) Никогда ранее не выгоняли с крыши, встречал тут Новый год 3-4 года подряд. Салют досмотрели и ушли настроение испорчено. Завтрак плохой! Поесть нечего, кругом грязь и старость. Цена- качество сильно расходятся.

"В целом норм, но..."

Персонал очень дружелюбный, вежливый, стремящийся помочь. Завтраки хороши, большой выбор блюд. Постельное белье, полотенца чистые. Пляжные полотенца в хорошем состоянии

1) Таракан в номере при заселении. После жалобы персоналу за 12 дней не увидели ни одного, даже ночью 2) В улучшенном номере нет балкона, вещи сушить негде. Попросили персонал что-то придумать, но никто делать ничего не собирался, поэтому пошли и купили напольную раскладки сушилку за 370 бат 3) Визуально вроде чисто, но пол не моют в номере. Раковина не была почищена даже при заселении и ни разу за 12 дней 4) В целом цена на отель несколько завышена 5) Шум от дороги есть даже на 6 этаже при закрытых окнах
