Danang Pacific Hotel

Was looking forward to "soft" memory foam beds with quality bedding" as the description at Hotels.com had said. The hotel did not have the bedding described and said they would notify Hotels .com of the error. Aside from that the hotel was excellent. The staff upgraded us to a better room for pointing out the error on Hotels.com Recommend without hesitation

Big comfortable room and nice bathroom, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located in the centre of Danang and close to most things. The buffet breakfast was very good with a big selection of food both western and asian. Without doubt we would stay there again.

Really enjoyed staying at the Danang Pacific Hotel - hotel staff very friendly and found this hotel to be really good value for money.

I've stayed here twice now already, each time for 3 days. And I love the place. It's very reasonably priced for the quality of service and comfort made available. The staff is very friendly and very helpful in every way. It's in a great location, very close to the waterfront, a lot of nice bars and restaurants, shopping, etc. And it's only a 10-min ride from the airport. The only issue is the loud music next door at the cafe that plays till around 9.30pm. I would stay here again for sure.

We satyed here 2 nights after flying form Nga Trang, with the intention of seeing the Ba Na Hills, and heading for Hoi An. It was a short taxi ride from the airport and located on a busy intersection in the city. It is too far to walk to the beach, but a few blocks from the river front, and was difficult to find a good restaurant nearby. However the rooms were very comfortable and quiet despite the busy streets and night clubs. The breakfast was one of the best - asian and western foods, lots of choicees, with hot tea and a real toaster (a first on our visit to Vietnam). the thing that let this hotel down was the poor service at the reception desk when we arranged a car and driver to take us to Ba Na mountains. We asked for a English speaking driver and he could not understand us, when we got to the Ticket booth at Ba Na station, we had difficulty explaining that we had paid at the hotel, and when we got to the top of the mountain it was mostly closed and under construction. Wouyld recommend this hotel as a stop over only.

Clean, convenient, comfortable.

Overall good value. Actually, the free breakfast buffet (not normall'y "my thing") was absolutely excellent. Would have gladly paid for it separately! Right in middle of local retail area. There really isn't a true western "tourist" area in the city proper. That's changing as 1-2 big name hotels & a mega-resort are on the way. Of course, boatloads of $$ being spent on the beach area resorts/villas (golf course crazy). Try very hard not be the "arrogant American" & always learn a few basic survival phrases in language of country am in. However, even basic English except for an occasional spot was hard to come by. Long way to go in multiligual upgrade if DNG wants to really attract more tourists. Certain the incoming resorts will import if needed.

The helpfulness of the staff and breakfast of this hotel made this one of the best hotel I spent nights in Vietnam. The views from the restaurant, in addition to the buffet, were something way beyond this price range and the staff which was willing to go miles to assist us makes this hotel something I can recommend whole heartily

The hotel is pretty basic, the lift didnt work very well so i gave up and climbed the stairs for the most part. i was only in danang for 1 night as i had a late flight and left in the morning for Hoi An. The breakfast was pretty good with a panoramic view of the city. the city itself at night wasnt very inviting so i ate at the hotel after ordering room service. Danang doesnt have that much to offer and i probably would have prefered to spend more time in Hoi An.
