"The check in situation destroyed our mood!"

I booked a family room with two bed rooms. As we were only a couple the hotel decided that we did not need two bed rooms, so the door was closed between the rooms. When we complained after arrival the reception told my wife you have to find someone, but why you need two rooms? After my wife found a person in charge she opened, but again she told us that the hotel thought why two rooms. The payment for two rooms they accepted without discussions. We found the situation very very disturbing to be polite!

Sehr gutes Bett – bequeme Matratze und Bettzeug sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet – grosse Auswahl, für jeden etwas. Strandlage – direkte Nähe zum Meer, kurzer Fussweg zum Strand und schöne Aussicht.

Strassenlärm auf der Landseite – bei geöffnetem Fenster morgens deutlich hörbar, was den Schlaf stören kann. Kein Licht auf dem Balkon – abends oder nachts wäre eine Beleuchtung wünschenswert.

"gut aber viel zu teuer"

Das Frühstück entsprach dem Preisniveau. Die Frühstückszeit nur bis 10:00 Uhr ist für ein Urlaubshotel nicht kundenfreundlich. Die Hotelumgebung mit dem Pool und dem Zugang zum Strand war sehr gut.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein und entsprach nicht dem Preisniveau. Der Internetzugang war nur sporadisch. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist dieses Hotel bestimmt nicht,

Das Hotel Infrastruktur schlimm.. Zimmer stellt mir die Bedürfnisse von 4 Sterne garantiert nicht. War sehr enttäuscht zum Glück war das Bett bequem ansonsten nicht zum empfehlen

Zimmer grundsätzlich OK, sehr gute Lage zum Strand, genügend Liegen

im Zimmer werden unnötigerweise die Towels täglich gewechselt, auf die Bodenreinigung wird aber vergessen, Lärmbelästigung durch nebenan befindliche Lokale

"Mycket fint hotell med bra läge"

Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Balkong mot baksida med härlig soluppgång. Gott om solstolar och många trevliga platser att vara på. Utmärkt läge för strandpromenader. Fin pool. En bit ifrån kaoset i centrala Ayia Napa. Hotellet fungerar bra som ”resort” om man vill slippa staden men det går lätt att ta sig till centrum. Bra frukost. Restaurangen under segeldukar var superfin och serverade mycket god lunchmat/tidig middag och rikliga portioner. Rooftop Burgers får 5/5 stjärnor. Riktigt bra burgare och goda rätter. Utmärkt hotell. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.
